Indians would rather perfer to live with nature than to learn our ways

There will be consequences but we are not sure yet what they may be we will figure this out when this Act is read by Congress

This move may allow the indians to live longer and slow the death rate of them down

** Personally i believe that they just wrote this letter to make themself feel better about what they are doing but that is just me**

Symbolism

symbol – Green

Meaning – to me green shows growth, life and healthiness

Being around the color green just makes you feel better, I cann’t explain it but the color will make you feel better, it could just be an effect of the color, for example: the color red was proven to make you hungry, black was proven to make you sad, and blue was also proven to make you sad so maybe green is supposed to make you feel better. So what is a sybol that is important to you?

Relationships/Friendships

How do experiences in a relationship mold your future decisions and relationships with others.

For me, I have this friend that always lies and that’s no lie. He lies about everything in every sentence he says there is at least one lie. Also he will do anything to make himself right. This annoys me because i can never trust him and it gets annoying for me to listen to him. So i tend to stay away from him a lot. I can only stay with him for about an hour before i either leave or just ignore him. I know we all can relate to someone like this.

Star Spangled Banner True Meaning.

What is the true meaning of the star spangled banner.

Real version (long)

Oh, say can you see by the dawn’s early light
What so proudly we hailed at the twilight’s last gleaming?
Whose broad stripes and bright stars thru the perilous fight,
O’er the ramparts we watched were so gallantly streaming?
And the rocket’s red glare, the bombs bursting in air,
Gave proof through the night that our flag was still there.
Oh, say does that star-spangled banner yet wave
O’er the land of the free and the home of the brave?

On the shore, dimly seen through the mists of the deep,
Where the foe’s haughty host in dread silence reposes,

Short Version

Translated:(what i think it means)

Can you see the flag in the morning light? We proudly saw the flag before the night ended. We saw the stripes and stars throughout the night during the war. over the hills the flag was waving gently. The lights from the explosions of the rockets showed that the flag was still there and in one piece. Is the flag still waving over the land of the free (America) and the home of the brave(America).

Is it historically accurate?

I believe that this is acurate after watching a historicaly acurate movie this sums up the final night of the war and it described what i saw during the last 10 minutes of the movie.

Pirates and Stealing

You may be asking yourself why is he writing about pirates and stealing? Well it’s because of the forgotten war.

Forgotten war? Did you forget?

The forgotten war was between Britian and the U.S. It was around when James Madison was president. Also it was the war when we had to rebuild the white house and took place of 1812. Did i catch your interest? I want to talk about a part that i thought was very interesting. Privateers, Who were they? they were sailors, merchants, pirates, robbers (with boats), and hijackers. How about now? During the war desperate times called for desperate measures. Which means that we needed to try to hurt the britians from the inside. By hopping on board and stealing their boats and killing off their men. They were a big help on defending the freedom of Americans and helped greatly. But not greatly enough sadly they still got through (as expected because being a pirateer was optional) and they were able to torch the White House. However, a huge storm appeard the greatest hurricane on record for the Washington D.C area and caused more casualties then all off the casualties in the war. It caused the rest of the British to retreat, return back to Britin and us to win the war.

(late) 2009 BAD Post

This is my 2009 BAD post <– Click for information

I chose to do mine on Carbon Footprint. A Carbon Footprint is basicly what you leave with the world after you are gone (having to do with climate). So if you have a large “gas guzzler” car (or your parents do) and maybe you litter or pollute the earth, then you have a large carbon foot print however, if you don’t litter or pollute the world in any way then chances are your not living. What i mean is that everyone has a carbon foot print its just that it is not good if your print is too big. It’s like snow, If you have a nice lawn with a full of a sheet of snow, but you shoveled a path and most people walk on the path to get to your house but a few people walk on the snow ruining the sleekness of the snow, if a lot of people did that your lawn would look terrible, which means a big carbon foot print can make your earth look terrable. Be carefull what you do because it can worsen the furture.

Fantasy holiday?

What if you could make your own holiday, what would it be? Who would celebrate it? Would anyone like this holiday or is it just for you?

For me… I am not really sure what type of holiday i would want. Maybe a holiday that was just to be nice to people. However, that would be copying Christmas. So this is a lot harder then it seems because the purposes of holidays are taken already. Maybe a holiday where the purpose is to get a day off from school. Or perhaps the best holiday isn’t alone but tied together with other ones like an add on to Christmas vacation. (Sorry i keep mentioning Christmas it is just on my mind, its only 5 days away!)

So making your own holiday would be hard. it has to be somthing that you believe in and that you care about and not for the purpose of having a holiday but because you think somthing deserves a day detacated to it. And that someone cant be you.. sadly because alex day would be the sickest holiday ever.

So, think of a holiday that will be important for others as well as you. Also, Happy Holidays
