Inception: The Review

One word to describe Inception: Breathtaking

Inception #2

Dom Cobb (Leonardo DiCaprio) is a kind of spy called an extractor. He and his partner Arthur, (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) go into a target’s dream and extract information from their subconscious mind. They’ve been successful most of time. But then, a man who owns a energy company wants them to go into the mind of the son of another energy company’s CEO. Cobb is told to try to make the son break the company’s empire by using Inception. Inception means to plant an idea into someone else’s mind.

Before I saw the movie, I knew Christopher Nolan wasn’t going to disappoint me. Batman Begins and The Dark Knight were amazing. I was kind of nervous at first, since this wasn’t a Batman movie, that Nolan might not pull it off. But then, I looked at the cast. Leonardo DiCaprio, Ken Watanabe, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Ellen Page, Tom Hardy, and Michael Caine were some of the actors in the movie. Then, I knew. This was going to be an awesome movie. What made it even better, was that Hans Zimmer was the composer! I loved what he did with Batman and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. If you’ve seen a lot of movies, you’ll notice that a some of the actors are from some off Nolan’s previous movies.

This is one amazing movie. I really think that Inception should have won every category that it was nominated for. I give this movie a 5 out 5.
