 Major winters, sadly passed away just recently. He was a true leader, no doubt about it. He lived from January 21, 1918 – January 2, 2011. He commanded Company “E”, 2nd Battalion, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division, during World War II. I know about him because of the non-fiction HBO series Band Of Brothers. I chose him as a leader because he was technically the leader of Company E. Winters once quoted ‎”I cherish the memories of a question my grandson asked me the other day when he said, ‘Grandpa, were you a hero in the war?’ Grandpa said ‘No… but I served in a company of heroes.” I’ll post a link of Winters here, please pay some respect and read about him. Maybe look up band of brothers Richard Winters on YouTube to see a few clips of this veteran. It’s depressing, because a lot of the veterans are passing away, I know I don’t personally know them but, it’s still sad to me how I’ve watched the show so much and then finding out that there gone. I found out he died because my friend told me, and m friend found out because of a Facebook group, that’s sad if you think about it. I once saw a quote on that group that said; “Its saddening that most people took less than two hours to hear about Micheal Jackson’s death, when it took some people 8 days to learn of the death of a true hero, Rest In Peace Major, you deserve it.” This is the most true quote I’ve ever seen. He was a leader in world war 2, and is a leader in our hearts. Rest In Peace, you’ve been through enough, I wish the best for your family.

So a lot of people think that on December 21, 2012, thw world is going to end. I do not believe in this, and I have proof. The word was supposed to “end” several times before, most popular one was Y2K when we reached 2000. Y2K caused suicides, lost hope, and sadness, for absolutely nothing. I’m pretty sure we’re still alive, so why is everyone so sure that 2012 is the end of the world? I do not think this is going to happen, do you? Also if they are making movies of it, it just doesn’t seem “legit” to me. These are just a few of the reasons I don’t think it will happen

While looking through similarities and differences between the constitution and my rules I came across the rule: the new nation and its citizens would be free and independent. The writers of the constitution wanted the government of the United States to not be too powerful against the citizens like England was. This similarity made citizens a lot happier because they weren’t overly controlled by the government. If this never happened then the people may move back to their motherland because it is not that much of a difference.

Another rule I cam across was the head people that would be in charge of everything have to agree on the constitution. The constitution had to be ratified by all the states. Some delegates would not approve the Constitution when it was sent to the states for ratification until it included a bill of rights listing the individual rights of every citizen. The bill of rights consisted of 12 amendments, only 10 made it through however.

I am all for army and all armed forces, so I would establish a group of people for an army and try to create weapons in case outsiders come and start a war with us. If this happens we will be ready, ready to fight, ready to defend, ready to protect, and ready to sacrifice ourselves. I don’t know how many people would join my army, but I would be there, ready for everything. I would hope my friends that are loyal would also join, if they were true friends they would.

Once we are well established, I would want to make laws that are strict against trouble makers, but not as strict as if you make penny theft you will be hanged. For example, if there is a rapist, murderer, and man found of penny theft, the rapist and murderer would be tried once, only once. If found guilty they/he/she will be executed. But as for the man convinced of penny theft, he would get 50 whips with whatever hard material we can find.
