When do you think it is appropriate for students to use real photos of themselves on their blogs and why? Well I think that it is appropriate to put pictures of yourself on your blog only if they are not bad or inappropriate. One reason is on Facebook people put pics. of themselves up all the time and it doesn’t really effect anyone else. Also putting pics. up on your blog is good so that other people could show what they did over the summer or something like that. Lastly putting pics. up wouldn’t be really bad because you would only out like 1 or 2. So I think that people should be able to put pictures up on there blog.

Thought you might like a post from an adult perspective. I don’t approve of children posting pictures. You indicated that if the picture was “not bad or inappropriate” it was OK but you must remember that those words mean different things to different people. Even the FBI has a warning about posting pictures. I know that the majority of young people probably would not agree with me, but as a mother and grandmother it concerns me that children do not fully realize the possible ramifications of what they consider innocent fun.

I agree! I think it’s perfectly fine to put pictures of yourself on your blog as long as your comfortable with it and your pictures aren’t inappropriate.

Hi Brianna! :) I agree too! As long as the pictures aren’t inappropiate we should be able to put them up!
