The Rules About Immigrants
One thing that an immigrant needs to know how to do if they came to America is speak our language. If they came from France and spoke french then that wouldn’t help anyone in America. Everyone in America speaks English, not French. We wouldn’t be able to understand what the immigrant is saying. An immigrant can’t have a disease. If they had a disease then the Americans aren’t going to want to get sick, especially if it is a disease. Immigrants must have a job within the month because they can’t always rely on the goverment for money. They must learn how to adapt to our culture. They can’t just bring in thier own culture and expect people that already live in America to adjust to the immigrants enviroment and culture.

Relationships that Affect My Future
One relationship that affected my life was when my friend and I got into a fight. She was one of my best friends. Her and I got into a fight about a boy that we liked. We both liked him and he liked us both. We fought for around a week and a half to two weeks. I really didn’t want to fight with her over a boy because she was my best friend and I didn’t want to lose that or our friendship. After the two weeks were over, we decided to not fight anymore and no one went out with the boy. I’ve learned from that experience to not fight over a boy with one of my best friends. I am now, today, very good and close friends with the girl. My life has been affected by this because I don’t go out with any of my friends ex’s or if they like someone. This has made my life better in the case of friendship and relationships.

My Version of the Star Spangled Banner
Real Version:
Oh, say can you see by the dawn’s early light
What so proudly we hailed at the twilight’s last gleaming?
Whose broad stripes and bright stars through the perilous fight,
O’er the ramparts we watched were so gallantly streaming?
And the rocket’s red glare, the bombs bursting in air,
Gave proof through the night that our flag was still there.
Oh, say does that star-spangled banner yet wave
O’er the land of the free and the home of the brave?
My Version:
Oh, Can you see by the days early light,
How happy we cheered at the midnight’s last light,
Those red and white lines and the blue and white stars through the insecure fights.
Over the barricade we watched that were so bravely gliding,
And the red rockets shining, the exploding bombs in the air,
Gave evidence that our red, white and blue flag was still in the air,
And that star spangled banner still waves now,
Over the freedom of our land and our bravely home.

Weapons Used During The War of 1812
There were several weapons used in the war of 1812. There were knives, swords, bayonets, pistols, muskets, rifles, cannons and crude bombs. Out of al these weapons muskets and rifles with bayonets were used the most. Between the Britian and the Americans, those weapons won the battles. Pistols were usually used by army’s. Pistols were rarely used by the soldiers. Cannons were the artilleries weapons. There were cannons of many kinds. There were cannons designed for use aboard ships, cannons for use on land, cannons that would comprise an attacking force and more. Cannons were devastating weapons. Other kinds of weapons that were used in the war of 1812 were bombs that were designed to explode mid air, above the enemy lines. Those are just some of the waepons that were used in the war of 1812.

My Spanish Grade
Whats your New Year’s resloutin for 2010? This year, in 2010, I made a New Year’s resolution. I would like to raise my grade in Spanish. I would like to do this because Spanish is the only class that I have a lower grade in then all the other classes. I can do this by taking at least ten to fifteen minutes out of every day to open up the book and study. I can spend less time on the computer and talking to my friends. Then I can actually study. My goal for this year in spanish is to get an A or at least an A-. This act can play a great role in my future because when I go to highschool, I’m going to have to take an elective and if I get better in Spanish then it won’t bring my GPA down and it will look good on my records for college.

Why Do Have Symbols?
We create symbolswhen an important event happens that we should remember for periods of time. When symbols are created its because its something that should in remembrance of the event or thing that happened. We need symbols because they help us remember what has happened and why its so important to us. We, also, need symbols because they help us know what things are, such as a map. We need to know what everything means on the map. The American Flag is considered a symbol because it symbolizes freedom for our country and the fifty stars stand for the fifty states in our country.

Student Rights
All students should have rights in school. One right I think students should have is that they should all have the right to chew gum in class. Chewing gum helps you concentrate while doing work. We should be able to listen to our ipods/music while doing our work. Students should be able to go outside to eat lunch. Another, right I think we should have as students is to be able to use our cellphones inbetween classes. Students should be able to talk to the person next to them while doing their work as long as there not being loud or distractive. These are the rights I think students should have in school.

I love rain.
I actually don’t like rain. It makes my hair frizzy and I don’t like being wet.
