  • This topic was important because the Tariff Acts are unauthorized by the U.S. constitution and violate the true meaning of the intent that are null, void, and no law, nor binding of this state.

Why is that Important

1. After the congress passed the law of the Tariff Act, the Force Act allowed the use of the military if anyone who didn’t obey this act.

2.  This is important because if military use wasn’t used, then many people would rebel against the act.

3.  This is important because the congress would have had to issue another law.
