Daylight Saving Time is a mixed bag! I love having the longer daylight hours in the summer too, but I hear that the savings don’t measure out. Have you heard anything about the energy being saved? I’d love to hear about it if you do.

Speaking of having a lot of daylight, two years ago I went on a fly fishing trip to the Arctic Circle. I had always heard about 24 hours of daylight, but to be that far north and see it for myself…it was strange. I can’t image what winters are like there. Could be a bit depressing if you’re someone like me who needs a lot of sunshine. Here is a link to a blog post about my trip. I took a picture of me at midnight!

I like that you are wanting to learn more about the ocean. It is the largest habitat and is actually broken up into smaller habitats!
