Blogging Challenge N4 A5
I am walking through my damp woods on a dark winter night. The air is dry and there is a faint smell of smoke from the fire places burning off in the distance. As I walk along the dark, narrow path, I hear footsteps behind me. Quickly, I look behind me. I see nothing but the sight of falling rain drops trickling in the distance. I continue walking. I hear the foot steps again. They continue to get louder and louder as I walk. I look behind me. As usual, I see nothing but the common woods of my property. Trying not to let the foot steps scare me, I pick up my pace to a jog and continue on my way home. As I jog, I feel the foot steps getting louder and louder and closer and closer. I feel the presence of someone behind me. I stop. I look behind me; that was the end of it. Everything went black.

Blogging Challenge N4 A7
I had recently visited a site called Izzy’s Blog . She had posted about what she was currently learning on how to be a “better athlete”. I also read that she loves to swim, that she feels free and doesn’t think about anything when she swims. I am also a swimmer myself and I would have to agree with her, swimming to me is a way to relax, if I didn’t do swimming I don’t know what I would do. The only reason I still swim is because I feel free and its really fun. I would definitely agree with Izzy and support her on her opinion.
If the average human life span was 25 years, how would you live your life differently?!
If the average human life span was twenty five years of age, I would live my life very differently. I would go to school for six years. The first year would be elementary school; the next would be middle school; and the third would be high school. The next three years of my schooling would be college. I would be majoring in medicine. When I was done with my schooling, I would absolutely love my job as a pediatric surgeon and I would retire at fifteen years of age. After my nine years of working, I would have millions of dollars to spend. I would spend the rest of my time on this planet, getting married and having two children! Then, I would travel the world with my family and live on a beautiful,tropical island off the coast of Hawaii. I would live there for the rest of my life and enjoy the island to its fullest! I would tan, and go swimming in the beautiful clear seas, go scuba diving with all of the different species of fish, and I would have a big home to enjoy. My life would be wonderful!(:

For this challenge, I did activity number 5. I left a comment on the directions page; the comment said a blog or website that I visited that was creative. The website that I thought was creative was edheads.org. On this website you can do virtual surgical procedures.
Fishbowl Discussions!
This week in class, we did something called a fish bowl discussion. I enjoyed it a lot! I thought that it was very fun and I look forward to doing it again.(: I think a fish bowl discussion is when the teacher says either a question or a statement and the group talks about it together and gives their opinions and asks questions about other people’s opinions!!

Today’s date is October 28, 2061…..
In the year 2061, I predict that there will be flying cars call Kodas. The Kodas will run on garbage; they will fly people to work ,and they will not produce pollution. I predict that there will be fully sun powered electricity and that the price for electricity will be VERY low. People’s jobs will get taken over by robots and there will be a very limited amount of jobs. I predict that I will live in Florida, Hawaii, or somewhere in Europe. I will be living in a year-round warm climate area. I will have a big home and have an Olympic size in-ground pool. The grounds of my home will be beautifully landscaped and have giant gardens with flowers of all colors. My house will have an electric fence so that my dogs can be outside all day and enjoy the outdoors.(: I predict that I will be a pediatric surgeon; I will be working on children and looking forward to going to work everyday. I will be the wife of a handsome, rich, and athletic man. I will be in love with him and spend the rest of my life with him. I will have two children, an older boy and a younger girl. They both will be married and my daughter will be expecting her first child in January.<3 My eight grade history teacher will be the president of the United States of America and he will make a big change for our country!
I predict that I will be having a good life in the year 2061! I will be sixty three years old and I will still feel young and good.(:
Blogging Challenge #6(:
My class has done work with global issues. One of the things that we have done is that we have created lists of problems in the world and then thought of things to help either fix the problems or make them better! For example, one of the problems in the world is the air pollution. A way to try and solve or help fix this problem is to try and lessen the amount of gas that we use. To do this, we can walk or ride bikes instead of driving places in the car!

Earlier this week, Joshua Komisarjevsky was confirmed guilty with 17 charges, in the Cheshire home invasion case. Starting October 24th, the jury will decide what type of charges he will be facing. He may even be receiving the death penalty.
