Whats new about the Constitution?
Comments(0) About the whole Constitution I did not know about “the limits of Congress”, before I searched it online, or at school. The limits of Congress, is a list of laws about taxes. Well, I thought that there was no “limits of Congress”, I thought that the Constitution didn’t even have that part. Well, this part of the Constitution is mostly talking about laws that people should pay their taxes, also that colonists should give no Preference by any Regulation of Commerce or Revenue to the Ports of one State over those of another: nor shall Vessels bound to, or from, one State, be obliged to enter clear, or pay Duties in another. This is what I hardly learned about the Constitution 
in my social studies, so thank you for reading this.
