The questions are mostly about being a leader, like have you been a good leader, have you done everything a good leader does, you know what I’m talking about. Anyway these are the questions that we have to answer about being a good leader:

What characteristics does a good leader have?
Are leaders made?  or born?
Describe a time when you were a leader.
Describe a time when you followed a leader.
Can anyone be a leader?
Are you a leader?
What are you strongest abilities as a leader?
If you don’t consider yourself a leader, what is standing in the way?

The characteristics that a leader should have is that they should lead with no fear, and never give up on something. Also they need to be Trustworthy, and the leader has to be loyal to his/her group. Leaders are mostly made not born I believe. When I was a little boy I was made a leader, and well I didn’t do that good as a leader, but everyone in my group trusted me even though I failed do succeed our goal. I did a lot better when I followed another leader than myself, because I can just do any assignment the leader gave me without having to think of anything. Mostly anyone can become a leader if they put the effort into it. If you ask me if I’m a leader I’ll say no because I’ll mostly have a tough time deciding on choices. If  I considered my self as a leader the thing that’s standing in the way is decision.
