I think people should beleave in a loose constitution. Because with strict Constitution it would be more of the government in charge so the president would be more like a king than a leader of the people. With a loose constitution people have more people freedom to do what they want. With a loose constitution you also have more room for change. That is what I think about a loose VS strict constitution.
