Loose? Strict?
I think that we should believe in a loose construction because it makes sense because if its a strict construction then there saying that we have to take responsibility for something we do even if its not in the constitution and LOOSE construction is saying that if we do something that’s not in the constitution we don’t have to take responsibility for it. lets say free speech wasn’t in the constitution so with loose construction if we spoke freely we would get the responsibility it came with that’s not fair.
