If you ever had the chance to teach a class of teachers, would you?
Would you take the chance to show the teachers how YOU feel about sitting in their class all day?
I would love to have that chance to teach the teachers, wouldn’t you? You could finally do things the way YOU want to, not just doing what the teachers told you to do. I had already gotten to teach one of my Math classes because I already knew what we were going to do. It was something that I really enjoyed and it made me think about how I might one day want to be a teacher. I would want me I would tell the class that I was teaching to have fun and express yourself, and do projects the way you want to do.

As it turns out, although I’m a teacher, I am also a student so I love this question.
I would teach teachers that I don’t want to listen all of the time. I want to have a chance to contribute.
I would teach them that they don’t have to impress me with their superior knowledge but I would like them to help me see connections between what I know and what I don’t know yet.
I would teach teachers that it’s ok for students to be wrong. Being wrong can make for better learning, but we often act like it’s a crime. It’s not as long as we can learn from it.
I would teach teachers that what they are offering is only a small part of what I am concerned about today.
I would teach teachers that I want to be challenged and inspired. I hate to be bored and underestimated.
