After reading his background  I believe that Andrew Jackson will be a great president, that will listen to the people of the United States, and Will defend his country no matter what. This is based on how he would only have a minor disagreement and he would still stand his ground in a duel. Also that he will be a great military leader, based upon him being a hardened veteran at the age of fifteen. Jackson also will probably be a good president because of his rise from delegate to the state constitutional convention to mayor in only seven years (1795-1802). Also he will be a good defender of his country because when he beat Governor John Sevier in running for mayor he defended his tittle  by challenging Governor John Sevier to a duel.

Also Andrew Jackson will be a great president because he negotiated with the indians over land and  the U.S. gained millions of acres of land in Georgia, Tenesee, Mississippi, and Alabama.
