I just began to research all about the Constitution, and I found out that a lot of the rules that I wrote with my group are kind of similar to some of the ones that I did. In the Constitution The Seventh Amendment said that if you havea problem with somthing that you can go to court and try to prove that you are right. That is kind of like one of the that my groupe came up with. Ours was that know one is innocent until proven guility. That means that you are not guility until you are proven it by the court. That is how one of my rules is similar to one of the ones that was made up in the Constitution.

In the Constitution it talks about the powers the powver of federal government. In that it says that you have a government and a president and you have to listen to that they say. That is almost like one of the rules that my group came up with. Our rule was that you must always have a government and a leader like a president. which also ment that you had to follow what they said for you to do and that they help keep the rules going good and make sure that everyone is following them and not doing whatever they want and trying to break them.

However there is a difference in the rules that they come up wit compaired to some that we did. One difference refers back to the 20 Amendment. The rule in it says that you can not have a president last forever. Which means that they have to have a day were they retire and vote for a new one. That is very different from our rule. Our rule was that a president can stay in control forever until they want to retire or until thwy die. The reason for that being that if that they are doing a good job as it then they should be able to stay it becasue they are doing good as it.

Another similaretie would have to do with section 4 of the constiution. It says that you can establish voting to be however you want it to be. Which means that you can make up your own way to vote. That is also like one of ours. We said that you can vote for people how ever you want as long as everyone agrees on it. So that shows that the rule that my group came up with ia also like one onther rule that was in The Constiution as well.

One major difference that had to do with the constiution is that who wrote it. In the constiution the writers were delagates from different states in the United States.  About 35 delagates came together to write it. the way it is different is by who wrote ours. We did not have delagates write ours. The way that ours got wrote was by me and all of the gruop members that were in my group. That is the last way that our rules that we had to write are different form the ones in the Constitution.

After reading so of my rules and the rules of the Constitution you can see that my rules are similar the the ones they have but yet they are also different as well. Now I know that some of the rules that I wrote are very good rules because some of them were so good that they were almost like the ones that were in the Constitution. But not all of them were all like the ones in there but i still think that they were good ones.
