Are you a leader or follower?
I believe that a leader has many characteristics. To be a leader you have to be kind to others, brave, you have to know what you are doing, and you have to be able to listen to other people’s ideas. Being brave to me is the most important characteristic a leader must show. You have to be willing to lead others in the right direction. Anybody can be a leader if you work at it. You just have to know what you are doing and how to tell others what to do. A time that I was a leader was when I was in sixth grade and we had to do a group project. It was me and one of my friends and I decided what each of us would do to contribute to the project. I am follower whenever I feel like I need help or when I don’t know what to do. I don’t consider myself a leader because I always feel like I will mess something up and people will blame me if something bad happens. Also, I am not outgoing unless I am with my friends, so it’s hard for me to tell people what to do.
