Andrew Jacksonwas born on March 15, 1767.   He was born in Waxhaw.   He has two brothers and the oldest brother he died from heat stroke.  He attended local schools.  He was in an orphan and a hardened veteran at the age of fifteen.  He moved from family to family.  He had become a very good lawyer though he had taught himself to become one.  Just before he became president his wife, Rachel Jackson, died and just before Christmas. It is said that she was assessed.  He lost his first election for president. When he ran a second time he had won.  For his first day as president there was a party. Everyone was invited. It was a wild party.  He was a unique president because he had a different background than all the other presidents.  After that he was more cautious. Although he used his power to veto in great use.  All of the previous presidents had a political background.

What I think I define some people by?

Filed under: Uncategorized —— taylorc @ 2:18 pm

I think I would define  someone by their actions.  The reason why I think that is because some people do not think before they do something.  And that is your actions.  So if a lot of people do bad thing they do not think about it at all.  I also think I define some people by their intentions but I mostly define some people by their actions because the actions are who they are inside.  So I think I would define someone by they actions because also everyone has actions and actions are the most important thing in the world.

A good way to put the Star-Spangled in your own words.

The original  Star-Spangled Banner song.

Oh, say, can you see, by the dawn’s early light,
What so proudly we hail’d at the twilight’s last gleaming?
Whose broad stripes and bright stars, thro’ the perilous fight,
O’er the ramparts we watch’d, were so gallantly streaming?
And the rocket’s red glare, the bombs bursting in air
Gave proof thro’ the night that our flag was still there.
Oh, say, does that Star-Spangled Banner yet wave
O’er the land of the free and the home of the brave?

That you can see the flag standing in the morning.
That we stand proudly with the stars standing bright on our flag.
That the British can see the bright stripes and stars from a far place.
That the people watched Battle and it was so loud to hear.
That that rockets are so bright to see and bombs are in the air exploding.
That after the battle our flag was still standing in the sky proudly.
That people can say that they can see the flag wave in the wind.
That the land is free sense the battle is over.

By the British Burning the White House nature pays them back.

Filed under: Uncategorized —— taylorc @ 5:47 pm

The burning of the White House was a tragic event in August 24, 1814. When the British burning the White House it was a hot, hot day. The American had to retreat so the British got to Washington D.C. the capital and burning the White House. That British Army had to travel a lot they started in 1812 and when they got to Washington it was in 1814. That was not the only thing that was burned the U. S. government also a lot of the public buildings were burned. After the Battle of York in 1813 the burning down of the Parliament Buildings of Upper Canada the British Army commanders said that they chose to attack Washington. The people who lived in Washington had to move. They watch the British burn the White House and all the other buildings too. Everyone was so sad when they saw the stoke. After the British burned down the White House and everything else they moved on with their journey. Then the worst happens a storm hits. There was a hurricane and a lot of the solders got hurt. Then there was a tornado that came down right by the solders and the most of the solders were die. So I think that nature help us give the British their pay back.

The things that I am interest in.

Filed under: Uncategorized —— taylorc @ 6:27 pm

I am interest in bowling because it is my hobby.  I am on a league so I can get better at it and I want to know more about it.  I want  to know have to get more strikes so I need to know how.  I need to know how to improve my games.  My highest game is 206 and I want to get like over a 250.  I was happy to get over a 200 because I getting that 206 means that I am improvingmy games and I want to get a lot better bye practicing a lot more. Another things that I am interest in is art becausewhen I am drawing, coloring, or painting I feel relaxed.  I can also express myself with drawing more then saying things.  I can also picture things and then draw what I see and I like doing that because it makes be relax a lot more.  If I can not get it right the first time then I can just try it again and agian intil I get it almost perfect.  So bowling, drawing, coloring, and painting make me very, very happy.

My Answer on Symbols.

Filed under: Uncategorized —— taylorc @ 5:55 pm

You use symbols when you want to remember things that happen in the past or that is happen right now.  Like for me the letter that is in a Maine museum. For that it reminds me about me grandfather because he had the letters in his back pocket all throughout World War 2. The reason  why I choose that as I symbol is because I  want to remember him and to always rememeber him being in World War 2.  The reason why people need symbols is so people can remember things.  The American Flag would be a symbol because it brought us tegether and that we are free.  The whole flag is a symbol of freedom.

Perfect Classroom

Filed under: Uncategorized —— taylorc @ 9:49 am

The perfect classroom I think is that you can sit next to your friends in classes. I think that they should have a book that there are series.  Like the Twilight books there are for books of the series.  Also like the series of the House of Night books.  I think they should have the Harry Potter books too.  The reason why I said those books are because a lot of people like those books.  A lot of my friends like those books.  A lot of girls that are not my friends they like the series of the Twilight and the House of Night.  They should have other books that a lot of people like too and not just Twilight, The House of Night, and The Harry Potter books. IF YOU LIKE DIFFERENT BOOKS THAT I DID NOT WRITE THEN SEND ME A COMMENT WITH THE NAME OF THE BOOK AND I WILL TRY TO PUT IT IN MY POST SO PLEASE SEND ME A COMMENT AND I WILL TRY TO PUT IT IN MY POST.  And you might see your book in my post.
