Andrew Jackson was everything someone would want in a president, he was brave, smart, and strong. His only flaw was that he was ill-tempered. He is popular and is liked by everyone. He studied law for two years during his late teens and became a lawyer at a young age. He was also a Major General, and the Governor of the Florida Territory. Due to his short temper, he has been in thirteen duels, and in one instance actually killed a man, all in honor of his wife. Although he was ill-tempered, he was also a gentle and kind man. Since he was an orphan, he has been through the worst that anyone can possibly imagine, so he was able to handle things and wouldn’t crack when a loved one died.

My sister’s best friend past away a year ago and she would come over my house almost every day and she was like family to me. Her passing taught that you have to live every day like it’s your last, don’t take life for granted, and be thankful for every breath you take because never know if your going to wake up the next morning.

The British burned Washington because the Americans burned the Parliament Buildings of Canada. The attack was led by Sir George Cockburn and Major General Robert Ross. The last building to be burned down was the White House. Out of all the things in the White House, Dolly Madison chose to save George Washinon’s portrait. Before the actual burning of the White House, soldiers were told to go in and look for anything they would lik to keep, one of them being a ceremonial sword.

People create symbols when they do or see something of great importance  or something that they believe that no one will never forget. People also create symbols when feel something that they feel they should share. People create symbols so they they will ever forget what they’ve done or what they did to earn it. People need symbols to give them a sense of power or pride when they feel like their lives couldn’t get any worse. The American Flag is considered a symbol because it represents the freedom all citizens have and knowing that we can feel safe.

I have three passions, one is playing guitar, another is playing drums, and the last one is music in general. I’ve been playing drums ever since I was six years old and I’ve practice almost every day since. I’ve always liked Truth Custom Drums and I want to get a drum set one day. I’ve been playing guitar for one year and have spent most of my free time learning new songs or practicing. My instructor said I’m either his #2 or#3 student. I want my second to either be an ESP m-1000fm

which both cost about $1000, so my parents want to know I’m commited to it before empyying their wallets on a new guitar. My third and final passion is listening to music. Whenever I’m in a bad mood, I don’t like to talk about what happened and my mood usually gets worse when somebody keeps asking me what’s wrong, so when that happens I listen to something that has lyrics about having fun or something that has an all around positive message like “Move Your Body” by Blessed By A Broken Heart or “You’re More Like Friend Without the ‘R’” by Emmure. Or when I’m when I want to have a good time I listen to “Stick Stickly,”Catfish Soup”, or “Dr. Shahrvargo Pt.3″ by Attack Attack!.

I listen to metal and only metal. I’ve never liked any other music because none of it was energetic or heavy enough. I listen to bands like I Set My Friends On Fire, Blessed By A Broken Heart, Oh, Sleeper, and Impending Doom. I also like bands that are different like Attack Attack! that has traces of techno in their music and Atreyu that does something different each album.

The perfect classroom to me looks like a recording studio and a drum set in the corner and guitars and basses hanging on the wall
