I do not think its ever fine to use a photo of yourself. There are many harmful things in the world and on the internet there are also many. A person could use your photo in a way you did not intend it to be used for. Many people lurk around the internet for things like identity theft, or even a stalker could find your photo and try to find you with it. In the end it would be a better choice not to let people you don’t know see your photo because as a result many bad things could happen.
